Clubroom COVID Guidelines

We are able to meet once again at the clubrooms at the Mission to Seafarers under the current COVID-19 directions.

The Mission has put safety requirements in place for attendance at its building in accordance with current Government directions. The Club requests that members and visitors should follow the Mission’s instructions and procedures while in the building.

It is the individual‘s responsibility to make important preliminary consideration of their own health situation and their current exposure to the virus. Individuals are responsible for their own decision to come into activities at the clubrooms having regard to their own personal circumstances.

• If you are in a high-risk category consider carefully if you wish to be exposed to infection risks from others having regard to being inside. Some people may have an asymptomatic infection;
• You should consider carefully whether you participate in club activities inside the Clubrooms. The Club will accept no liability if you choose to participate;
• Stay at home if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you should be isolating or under quarantine or would otherwise be contravening COVID directions;
• Bring a mobile phone and face mask with you.

• Enter through the main front entrance on Flinders street;
• Electronically record your name and contact details inside the front door using the QR code;
• Sterilise your hands by using the hand sanitiser at the front door;
• Wear a face mask at all times inside the building unless you are eating or drinking;
• Maintain personal hygiene;
• Cough into your elbow.
