We assembled at the corner of Smyth Creek...
First we were all attentive to the leader's...
Then it was on to the start of the "...
The fungi attracted lots of interest.
A brief pause at the Big Pats Creek Picnic...
Over the creek we went.
Fallen trees ensured that we did our daily...
The early section was an easy stroll beside...
Recent rains added to the charm.
Gradually the track moved up the hill. Old...
The easy way to cross a creek.
Relentlessly, but gradually, the track wound...
Our leader soon set off again.
Lush fern patches provided a canopy overhead.
Still climbing!
There were many, many fungi along the way.
Lunch was near the site of the old Ezards...
After lunch we headed up a steep pinch,...
After a short road section it was time to...
The track down was much steeper than the one...
Old vehicle tracks provided the surest...
Down and on the final leg back to the cars.
Coffee in Warburton was a popular decision...
Three cheers for a great walk.
